Flying to Europe can be a nerve-wracking experience for some, so it always helps when you have the support of people close to you. One TikTok user kicked off her big European getaway with a special sendoff from her dad—not at the airport, but on the open ocean.
Los Angeles-based TikToker Camille Zea shared the heartwarming goodbye online, which has already been viewed more than 6.4 million times. As she looked out over the Pacific Ocean after taking off from Los Angeles International Airport, she was able to spot her father on his boat below.
"My dad on his boat signaling to me as I leave for my big trip to Europe," she wrote on the post. In the video, the boat moves in a figure-eight direction, creating an infinity symbol. The post's caption referenced their undying love for each other. "Infinity times infinity," she wrote. "Right back at ya, dad." The clip was accompanied by The Temper Trap's beloved 2008 single "Sweet Disposition."

Commenters on the video shared their tears prompted by Zea's touching clip. "So, dad reveal? He's our dad now," one user wrote. Another chimed in, "This and 'Sweet Disposition'? Crying right now," with someone else sharing a similar thought: "Come on, 'Sweet Disposition'? Who’s cutting my onions?" One TikToker joked that they "would've shouted to the whole flight that that was my dad" if they were in the same situation. The video ends with Zea leaving the infinity sign behind as she heads toward her big adventure.
